Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Roll-Off Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will operate specialized trucks designed for waste and material hauling, including roll-off trucks, front loader trucks, rear loader trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers. Your primary responsibility is to safely transport and load/unload materials at various job sites while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. If you thrive in active roles that require heavy lifting and precise vehicle operation, this is the perfect fit for you!Duties<ul><li>Safely operate a variety of commercial trucks including roll-off.</li><li>Load and unload materials using heavy machinery and manual effort while adhering to safety protocols.</li><li>Drive efficiently between multiple locations, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups of waste or construction materials.</li><li>Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition; report any mechanical issues promptly.</li><li>Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to loading or unloading materials to ensure safe handling of loads.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance logs.</li><li>Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Valid Commercial Driver&rsquo;s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for roll-off trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles.</li><li>Proven experience operating heavy trucks such as roll-off trucks, front loaders, rear loaders, dump trucks, flatbeds, or tractor-trailers.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues.</li><li>Prior delivery driver experience preferred, especially in waste management or construction industries.</li><li>Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and heavy lifting techniques required for safe material handling.</li><li>Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving and material handling is essential.
