 As an administrative assistant, you will be an integral part of our human resources team, utilizing your expertise in HR, data preparation, and effective communication to support our company's operations. Your proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint will be crucial in creating visually appealing presentations and reports.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing human resource information system (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee/consultant records and data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handling invoice processing and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilizing MS Office suite to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining office organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees/consultants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication within the company.
