We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in GST filing and general accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting financial reporting activities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and perform monthly GST reconciliation with books of accounts.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor bills, and payment processing.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger updates.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documents.</li><li>Assist in monthly and annual financial closing, audits, and statutory compliances.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and vendors for data submission and clarifications.</li><li>Generate reports and summaries for management review.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, with solid GST filing knowledge.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Reconciliation).</li><li>Familiarity with GST Portal and e-way bill generation.</li><li>Knowledge of: Basic TDS, Income Tax, and financial accounting principles.</li><li>Soft Skills: Accuracy, time management, confidentiality, and effective communication.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Exposure to Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP-based accounting systems.</li><li>Experience in assisting audits or monthly financial reporting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>GST Filing: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
