About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketer with 1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong content writing expertise, and proven ability to manage paid advertising campaigns. You will play a key role in strengthening our digital presence and building engaging online communities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others).</li><li>Create, write, and curate engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and blogs.</li><li>Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.</li><li>Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to generate creative ideas.</li><li>Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent brand presence.</li><li>Engage with followers, respond to queries/messages, and build an interactive audience community.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using social media analytics tools.</li><li>Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure consistency in communication and branding.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of proven experience in social media marketing.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Hands-on experience in content writing and copywriting.</li><li>Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is mandatory.</li><li>Proficiency with social media tools and scheduling platforms.</li><li>Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.</li><li>Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing practices.</li><li>Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A collaborative and innovative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities to learn and enhance digital marketing skills.</li><li>Career growth opportunities with real impact on brand building.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Work Location: In person
