BASIC PURPOSE: 
The HCM Techno-Functional Analyst will be responsible for system design and configuration/implementation of HCM modules in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and will collaborate with functional/technical leads and other implementation team members to execute the implementation strategy and ensure that all HCM related functionality is implemented according to technical specifications.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Configure standard functionality in all HCM modules including but not limited to, Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Payroll</li>
<li>Provide HCM expertise to SMEs and other team members</li>
<li>Apply page customizations using the latest design methodology, e.g. Redwood</li>
<li>Analyze and troubleshoot system issues</li>
<li>Support the data conversion team importing worker and worker related data</li>
<li>Test, diagnose, and provide solutions for HCM related functionality</li>
<li>Assist with clarifying details required for documentation, e.g., FDDs/TDDs, migration documentation, and troubleshooting guides.</li>
<li>Provide general guidance on integration solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with all stakeholders to support development, testing, and go-live tasks.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology, or a related field is desired.</li>
<li>Relevant Oracle certifications are strongly preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Hands on experience implementing new instances of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM</li>
<li>5+ years working with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM</li>
<li>Functional knowledge of the source/target modules. This includes, but is not limited to, Core HR/HCM, Time & Labor, Payroll, Absences</li>
<li>Technical knowledge of the underlying/supporting interface, error, processing, and validation tables required to import Worker related data.</li>
</ul>
SKILLS: 
<ul>
<li>Strong technical and analytical skills required</li>
<li>Effective communication skills to explain HCM concepts and solutions.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the comfort and ability to present to both functional and technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li>
</ul>

The ERP Report Developer will be responsible for design and creation of reports in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM and will collaborate with functional/technical leads and other implementation team members to execute the reporting strategy and ensure that all ERP/HCM related reports are created according to technical specifications.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Design user-facing and interface related reports in all ERP/HCM modules, including but not limited to, Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, PPM, and GL.</li>
<li>Create accurate reports using the common Oracle reporting tools, e.g. OTBI, BIP, BICC</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into scalable, optimized technical solutions</li>
<li>Develop new custom Data Models; including ones that retrieve data across multiple ERP/HCM modules.</li>
<li>Provide security requirements to ensure reports align with overall security design and best practices.</li>
<li>Modify new and existing data model SQLs to ensure optimal performance</li>
<li>Provide reporting expertise to SMEs and other team members.</li>
<li>Analyze and troubleshoot reporting issues.</li>
<li>Support the data conversion team by creating validation/reconciliation reports.</li>
<li>Assist with clarifying details required for documentation, e.g., FDDs/TDDs, migration documentation, mappings, and troubleshooting guides.</li>
<li>Provide general guidance on reporting solutions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with all stakeholders to support development, testing, and go-live tasks.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology, or a related field is desired.</li>

<li>5+ years creating new reports within Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM reporting in various modules</li>
<li>Proven hands-on experience designing reports with various output types, e.g. email, SFTP, XSLT</li>
<li>Directly responsible for creating of at least 25 unique reports preferably on new implementations.</li>
<li>Functional knowledge of the source/target modules. This includes, but is not limited to, Core HR/HCM, Time & Labor, Payroll, Absences, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, PPM, GL.</li>
<li>Technical knowledge of the underlying/supporting tables required to create robust reporting.</li>
</ul>
