We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Corporate Technology Solutions team. In this role, you will support and improve a portfolio of business systems, contribute to change initiatives, and partner with teams across the organization to deliver a smooth and efficient user experience.</p>
<p>
You&rsquo;ll collaborate with system administrators, change managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain system integrity, support operations, and drive continuous improvement.</p>
<p>
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple systems, improving how things operate, and enabling others to do their best work through reliable, well-managed technology.</p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Do</b></h3><div>
<p><b>
Application &amp; System Support</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor assigned business applications and integrations to ensure stable performance and successful execution of system tasks.</li>
<li>Support multiple systems concurrently, ensuring consistent processes, documentation, and user experience across platforms</li>
<li>Manage ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, and escalate as needed to maintain service quality.</li>
<li>Work with system owners and technical leads to assess and configure new releases and enhancements.</li>
<li>Perform standard BAU activities such as user setup, permission adjustments, and routine maintenance.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements, Testing &amp; Documentation</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Translate business needs into detailed requirements, specifications, and test plans.</li>
<li>Document system processes, workflows, and operational procedures to support long-term sustainability.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Cross‑Functional Collaboration</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with business and technical teams to facilitate clear communication, manage expectations, and ensure timely issue resolution.</li>
<li>Support the preparation of reports, slide decks, and other materials for governance and change‑management forums.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Change Management &amp; Process Improvement</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Administer change request tracking (including Smartsheet database management) and support governance workflows.</li>
<li>Contribute to change‑management activities, such as drafting communications, creating training materials, documenting new processes, and assessing change impacts and risks.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system efficiency, and enhance the user experience.</li>
<li>Assist in developing project plans and change‑management plans for system and process initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Team Culture &amp; Innovation</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Support a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation within the technology team.</li>
</ul></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Bring</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>3-5 years&rsquo; experience supporting multiple enterprise systems in a system administration, systems analyst, or application support role (HRIS, Finance, CRM, PSA, T&amp;E)</li>
<li>Hands-on experience troubleshooting user issues and performing core system administration activities (user setup, permissions, configuration, maintenance).</li>
<li>Experience working across multiple systems simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing requests</li>
<li>Strong documentation skills, including experience creating process documentation, workflows, or standard operating procedures</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly</li>
<li>Experience working with business stakeholders across functions such as HR, Finance, and Operations</li>
<li>Familiarity with ticketing systems (InvGate preferred) and structured support processes</li>
<li>Understanding of data security and access management principles</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through</li>
<li>Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li>
<li>Customer-focused mindset with a desire to improve systems, processes, and user experience</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment</li>
<li>Openness to a hybrid work environment.</li>
</ul></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in systems administration, business systems, or application support</li>
<li>Experience supporting more than one enterprise system (not limited to a single platform)</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to independently manage system support tasks and priorities</li>
