Position Overview:</div><div>
The Licensed Loan Officer Assistant provides support to CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC&rsquo;s (&ldquo;CCM&rdquo;) mortgage loan officers in their daily duties to increase loan production levels. The Licensed Loan Officer Assistant works directly with CCM customers, loan officers, and processors to ensure a positive customer experience and facilitate timely loan closings.</div><div></div><div>
Job Responsibilities:</div><ul><li><div>
Assist in reviewing mortgage loan application and documentation, which may include phone and computer work, printing, copying, scanning, emailing, overnighting documents, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Review mortgage loan disclosure packages and deliver them to the borrower.</div></li><li><div>
Create rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages and deliver them to the borrower.</div></li><li><div>
Review documents and entire loan files and work to prevent problems by highlighting deficiencies and then notifying the mortgage loan officer and/or loan processor.</div></li><li><div>
Clarify/correct information and obtain additional information, as necessary, via phone, email, etc.</div></li><li><div>
General clerical and phone support to loan officers and/or loan processors, as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Work with management to provide support in various stages and areas of lending and processing as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in managing a pipeline consisting of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, along with 203K and reverse mortgage products.</div></li><li><div>
Deliver appraisals and/or property valuations to the borrower and retrieve proof of receipt.</div></li><li><div>
Track outstanding items on all loan files and follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of necessary documentation.</div></li><li><div>
Facilitate timely loan closings by working directly with the Title Company and customer to schedule.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications and Skills:</div><ul><li><div>
High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent.</div></li><li>
NMLS License Required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.</li><li><div>
A minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.</div></li><li><div>
Previous sales support experience, preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Salesforce experience, preferred.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication and customer service skills.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.</div></li><li><div>

Position Overview:</div><div>
The Business Purpose Lending (BPL) Account Executive is responsible for originating business directly from real estate investors, CrossCountry Mortgage Loan Officers, wholesale brokers, other business sources, referral partners, builders, fix and flip operators, and owners of residential rental properties seeking to refinance or expand their portfolios through acquisitions. This role manages an assigned territory by sourcing new clients, conducting training sessions, and serving as a visible product expert within the market area. The BPL Account Executive assists CrossCountry Mortgage branches, brokers, and investors with product and pricing-related inquiries and assists clients with submitting applications through the online portal.</div><div></div><div>
Job Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>
Develop and maintain partnerships with the CrossCountry Mortgage retail branch network, direct real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, Loan Originators, and large real estate investors.</li><li>
Foster trust-based relationships, educate borrowers on loan products, and gain a clear understanding of clients&rsquo; needs and goals.</li><li>
Perform at a high level in a collaborative remote environment by facilitating the loan application process, overcoming objections, and educating clients.</li><li>
Collect relevant client information to support online application submission, either directly or on the client&rsquo;s behalf; set accurate expectations and manage the process from initial consultation through term sheet generation to receipt of the application deposit.</li><li>
Manage a lead database within the CRM system, leveraging task management tools and consistent follow-up routines to stay current on all leads.</li><li>
Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual production goals related to phone calls placed, deposits received, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.</li><li>
Demonstrate a consistent commitment to high performance and a proactive approach to exceeding role expectations.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications and Skills:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferred.</li><li>
NMLS license, preferred.</li><li>
3+ years of experience in commercial/residential mortgage lending or equivalent related experience.</li><li>
Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales with an emphasis on client relationship development and retention.</li><li>
Experience taking initiative and working independently while contributing effectively in collaborative team environments.</li><li>
Familiarity with all applicable regulatory requirements, including AML, OFAC, and Fair Lending.</li><li>
Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively balance competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.</li><li>
Skilled in presenting information clearly while effectively overcoming objections.</li><li>
Skilled at leveraging web-based tools and databases for efficient information gathering.</li><li>
Excellent customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>
