Use Scripture to draw connections between God's truth and academic subjects, fostering a Christian worldview in students' understanding of Science, Math, English, and other subjects.</li><li>Instructional Excellence: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state standards and promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.</li><li>Student Engagement: Cultivate a positive classroom environment that motivates students to engage actively in learning. Encourage both academic inquiry and spiritual reflection.</li><li>Assessment &amp; Evaluation: Assess student performance through various methods, including quizzes, tests, projects, and observations, ensuring that both academic and spiritual growth are prioritized. Provide constructive feedback to students to support their development.</li><li>Character Development: Model Christ-like behavior and encourage students to live out their faith by demonstrating Christian values in and outside the classroom.</li><li>Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment. Address behavior issues with grace and compassion, aligning with the school's Christian ethos.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with other faculty, staff, and administration to ensure a cohesive academic program and actively participate in school functions, faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities.</li><li>Parent &amp; Community Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication on student progress and school events.
