We are looking for a creative and user-focused Designer to craft intuitive, modern user experiences and visually compelling interfaces for web and digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, and the ability to translate business needs into elegant, user-centered designs.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3>
UI/UX &amp; Product Design:<ul><li>
Design user interfaces, user experiences, wireframes, and interactive prototypes</li><li>
Translate business and product requirements into clear user flows and design solutions</li><li>
Create high-fidelity designs that balance usability and visual appeal</li></ul>
Collaboration &amp; Implementation:<ul><li>
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs</li><li>
Provide design specifications and support throughout the development lifecycle</li><li>
Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Agile environments</li></ul>
Design Systems &amp; Optimization:<ul><li>
Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products</li><li>
Ensure brand alignment and visual consistency across all digital assets</li><li>
Conduct usability improvements based on feedback and testing</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required Skills</h3><ul><li>
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools</li><li>
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices</li><li>
Experience designing responsive and cross-platform interfaces</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Nice to Have</h3><ul><li>
Experience working closely with developers in Agile teams</li><li>
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS</li><li>
Experience with usability testing or design validation techniques</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
