We create engaging experiences for fans of trading card games, anime, and pop culture through content, community, and creativity.We&rsquo;re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who thrives in a fast-paced, creativeenvironment and can help bring our brand to life across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X (Twitter).Role OverviewAs a Social Media Content Creator, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for producing, editing, and posting engaging content that connects with collectors, gamers, and fans. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our team to execute social strategies, stay ahead of trends, and help grow Crossing&rsquo;s digital presence.Responsibilities&#9679; Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form content for social media (TikTok,Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).&#9679; Collaborate on creative concepts, social media campaigns, and brand storytelling.&#9679; Stay current on social trends, memes, and platform updates to create timely, relevantcontent.&#9679; Manage and organize video assets, maintaining a consistent brand tone and style.&#9679; Post and schedule content, including writing captions and optimizing for engagement.&#9679; Track performance metrics and provide feedback on content performance.Requirements&#9679; Experience in/eagerness to learn social media content creation or digital marketing.&#9679; Strong understanding of short-form video platforms and trends.&#9679; Editing proficiency in CapCut/ experience with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.&#9679; Comfortable filming and editing independently in a fast-paced environment.&#9679; Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual style.&#9679; Excellent communication and organizational skills.&#9679; Huge Bonus: On camera experience/ willingness to be on camera&#9679; Bonus: Understanding or passion for trading card games and collectibles (Pok&eacute;mon, One Piece, etc.).What We&rsquo;re Looking For&#9679; A creative thinker who can translate ideas into visually compelling content.&#9679; A self-starter who thrives under deadlines and adapts quickly to change.&#9679; Someone who lives and breathes social media and pop culture.&#9679; A team player who contributes ideas and takes initiative.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)&#9679; Graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, or Figma).&#9679; Experience in YouTube content creation.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
