<ul><li>Perform network-based penetration testing for our clients to identify, assess, and report on vulnerabilities in their public facing infrastructure.</li>
<li>Perform penetration testing on web applications and APIs (internal and external) to identify, assess, and report on vulnerabilities in their applications.</li>
<li>Perform red team exercises to determine where weaknesses in the client&rsquo;s infrastructure and how it should be remediated.</li>
<li>Write clear, concise, effective deliverable reports for clients to help them understand their risk posture and how they can reduce it.</li>
<li>Advise clients on security best practices including application design, infrastructure architecture design, and other considerations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other Crosslake practitioners to socialize penetration testing best practices.</li>

<ul><li>Be an apprentice tester for your first 2 projects and then be willing and able to drive a project on your own to successful completion.</li>
<li>Participate in and drive penetration efforts on behalf of clients, collaborating, digging deep, and creating a report for the investors to outline technical vulnerability and risk.</li>
<li>Deliver at least one network, API, or web application penetration test every week.</li>
<li>Work with private equity companies and other investment firms to help them understand the existing technology risks and vulnerabilities that exist in their environment or portfolio.</li>
<li>Collaboratively work in partnership with internal and client technical leads and team members to ensure that planning and execution of penetration testing efforts occur in a timely fashion and reports are of high quality.</li>

<p><b>Overview</b></p>

Reporting to the Global Financial Planning &amp; Analysis Manager, the Financial Analyst will serve as a key contributor to the firm&rsquo;s financial and commercial data reporting operations. Acting as a partner to the global finance team, client-facing leaders throughout the business, and the executive team, the Financial Analyst will:</div><br>

<li>Own creation of the firm&rsquo;s core financial reporting, including development of analytical insights that facilitate strategic decisions fostering both growth and efficient operations (e.g., weekly scorecard, monthly financial reporting package, and quarterly KPIs).</li>
<li>Collaborate with executive team and client-facing business leaders to resolve ad hoc analytical requests related to strategic financial, commercial, and/or operational questions.</li>
<li>Support the annual budgeting process from end to end, including model creation, assumption testing, and presentation drafting.</li>
<li>Drive the evolution of existing reporting tools and data sources to enhance the ease with which data is aggregated, manipulated, and accessed for the benefit of both those generating reporting and audiences relying on readily accessible analysis.</li>

<li>Evolution of current tools, systems, and structures to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting while ensuring data integrity.</li>
<li>Growth and development through the ongoing demonstration of curiosity, a devotion to continuous improvement, and the embodiment of the mindset that no task is too big or too small.</li>
</ul></div></div></div></div></div><div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Qualifications</b></h3><div><div><div>
<ul><li>2-3 years of financial analysis experience
<ul><li>Strong ability to perform variance / trend analysis</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience building financial models</li>
<li>Experience actively participating in fiscal planning processes</li>
<li>Sound understanding of the four primary financial statements (balance sheet; income statement, cash flow statement, and statement of shareholder equity) and how to use them to address commercial and financial questions</li>
</ul></li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, finance, accounting, statistics, economics or related field. Master&rsquo;s degree preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency with core Microsoft Excel analytical functions (sumif, averageif, vlookup, pivot table analysis, etc.)</li>
<li>Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to multiple audiences across two operating regions, primarily in Microsoft PowerPoint</li>
<li>Ability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment under tight timelines</li>
<li>Excellent detail orientation, organization, and time management skillsets</li>
