This is a key role that helps ensure smooth daily operations, provides classroom coverage, and keeps our standards of excellence soaring.Position: Support Teacher/Floater Location: Crossroads and Stepping Stones Learning Center Schedule: Variable (up to full-time hours based on need) Status: Hourly, not guaranteed&mdash;hours are contingent upon daily classroom ratiosHere&rsquo;s the deal: As a Support Teacher/Floater, you&rsquo;re our pinch hitter. You&rsquo;ll step in when someone&rsquo;s out, assist during busy times, and help maintain proper child-teacher ratios. But here's the honest truth: when you&rsquo;re not needed, you&rsquo;re the first to clock out. It&rsquo;s not personal&mdash;it&rsquo;s just the plan to keep things running efficiently.This position is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and understands the nature of early childhood centers.
