The HR team is hiring a Talent Acquisition &amp; Retention Specialist to work Part Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-2:00pm.
Pay Range: $27.00 - $31.77 / hourly.
Talent Acquisition &amp; Retention Specialist Position Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Accurately enters all new hire vouchers, change/transfer vouchers, termination vouchers, and all other relevant employee information into the Lawson (HRIS) database in a timely and efficient manner.
</li><li>Responsible for all data, tracking, and correspondence with Finance/Payroll for the Applicant Referral and Sign-On Bonus payout programs.
</li><li>Actively participates and provides ideas/suggestions on talent acquisition and retention projects as they arise.
</li><li>Enters and updates employee licensure/certification/education in Symplr GPS database. Performs follow-up on all licensure when renewals are due.</li>
<li>Maintains phone coverage on a daily basis to cover the lunch of the Main Human Resource Front Desk.
</li><li>Coordinates and processes monthly Lawson reports as well as other reports as needed.
</li><li>Other duties as assigned by department leadership.</li>
</ul>
Talent Acquisition &amp; Retention Specialist Position Requirements:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required, Associate&rsquo;s Degree preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a Human Resources setting required.</li>
<li>Prior experience with Talent Acquisition preferred.</li>
<li>Must exhibit strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and Lawson HRIS preferred.

Crouse Health is hiring a Manager of Health Information Management (HIM). 
 
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Range: $80,952.00 / year +, based on experience and education
Manager of HIM Position Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for the overall operations, leadership, direction and coordination of sta within the designated area(s) of responsibility.</li>
<li>Coordinates department activities and interactions with other departments on an on-going basis.</li>
<li>Attends and actively participates in hospital or medical performance improvement councils and committees as requested.</li>
<li>Proactively communicates with sta and keeps them informed on a regular basis or as needed; updates sta regarding policy changes in specialized areas.</li>
<li>Develops and utilizes department policy statements, scope of service, quality indicators and updates; revisions as necessary.</li>
<li>Performs sta management functions related to employee selection, on-boarding/orientation, coaching/development, stang, work assignments, performance management and goal alignment as guided by hospital policy and procedures and collective bargaining unit agreement (when applicable).</li>
<li>Participates, collaborates and actively engages in meetings to achieve goals and mutually benecial outcomes.</li>
<li>Conducts regular sta meetings to disseminate hospital and/or department/division information and allows for discussion of sta concerns needing clarification or resolution.</li>
<li>Prociently manages and oversees all activities associated with organizational document control and the Health Information Management function for the hospital. This includes but is not limited to frequent review of systems and procedures, proactively identifying and resolving system issues to ensure optimum workow.</li>
<li>Accurately completes form verification process prior to entering forms into hospital document portal.</li>
<li>Consistently reinforces document control standards by conducting frequent internal audits and monitoring.</li>
<li>Eectively collaborates with IT and proactively manages the successful implementation of new systems and interfaces.</li>
<li>Creates opportunities for professional growth for HIM staff and encourages staff to pursue further career development.</li>
<li>Provides regular updates to the Director of HIM regarding daily operations.</li>
<li>Assumes other duties as assigned by department leadership.</li>
</ul>
Manager of HIM Position Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Health Information Management, Business, Health Services Administration, or related field required.
<ul><li>Current matriculation with a scheduled program completion date also acceptable.</li>
</ul></li><li>Current RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) or RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) registration required.
<ul><li>Current matriculation with a scheduled program completion date and credential testing date also acceptable.</li>
</ul></li><li>3-5 years&rsquo; experience in a hospital HIM department across multiple areas</li>
<li>Previous leadership experience preferred.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of MS Oce.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Crouse&rsquo;s Electronic Health Record System-One Content/EPIC</li>
