LPN &ndash; Licensed Practical Nurse Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>
Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors with activities of daily living</li><li>
Encourage residents to socialize and stay engaged</li><li>
Create and maintain a safe environment for residents</li><li>
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care</li><li>
Collect and maintain patient history; record new data</li><li>
Take vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.)</li><li>
Follow instructions from and report updates to the RN or overseeing physician</li></ul>
