 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end production operations, ensuring delivery of high-quality automotive/ EV products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, and EHS standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise, train, and motivate the production team to achieve excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with R&amp;D, Supply Chain, and Quality teams for smooth operations and new product trials.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 B.E in Mechanical / Industrial / Automotive Engineering; Masters degree will be an added advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 5&ndash;7 years of experience especially in automotive/EV manufacturing , with 3+ years in a managerial role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of assembly line operations, battery pack assembly, wiring harness, and electric drivetrain processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with ERP systems and production monitoring tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
