Advanced Quality Engineer</b></h2></div><div><p><b>
Job Duties</b></p><ul><li>
Support product quality deliverables assigned to design, critical features, and reliability analysis input to project teams.</li><li>
Plan and participate in reliability testing and analysis, and process capability studies to determine process efficiency and suitability.</li><li>
Coordinate quality activities within manufacturing, supplier, six-sigma and product support to ensure design requirements are conveyed to the unit level and appropriate inspection, measurement, and test controls and procedures are established.
</li><li>Provide input to manufacturing engineering and production management from process capability studies for continuous improvement.</li><li>
Support creation (new methods) and revision (existing methods) efforts in areas with significant impact on product, process or equipment.</li><li>
Participate in analysis and reporting of warranty returns.</li><li>
Provide ongoing product, process, equipment and method creation/revision input to owners of quality management system elements for inclusion in system documentation.</li><li>
Provide periodic input to the Quality Manager for the ongoing incremental improvement of the Design Support Quality Engineer function.</li><li>
Mentor new employees, technicians and student engineers as appropriate.</li></ul><p><b>
Minimum Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
5-7 years related experience</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance)</li><li><i>
Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED</i></li><li>
Frequent travel (6-20%)</li><li>
Frequent overnight stays (6-20%)</li><li>
Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business &lt; 20% per week (8 hours) and/or travel locally between company locations during scheduled workday</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
ASQ (or equivalent) Certified Quality or Reliability Engineer certification and/or PMP certification</li><li>
Good computer literacy, word processing skills (MS Word) and spreadsheet skills (MS Excel)</li><li>
Knowledge of databases (MS Access)</li><li>
Technical skills and training, such as quality tools and techniques, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T), process capability and statistical process control (SPC)</li><li>
Formal or informal training in problem solving methods (six-sigma, Red-X, 8D)</li><li>
Good communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with others, and the personal drive and sense of urgency required to deliver timely support</li></ul></div></div></div><p></p><p><b><br>

Business Intelligence Manager</b></h2></div><div><p><b>
Job Duties</b></p><ul><li>
Management Responsibilities -Provide leadership for the business intelligence staff. Ensure open, timely communication with staff by participating in staff meetings and initiating coordination with others whenever necessary to accomplish work objectives. Participate with other supervisory personnel and management in establishing and maintaining department standards, strategies and best practices and procedures. Create schedules, assign tasks, monitor progress, and follow-up. Hold BI team members accountable for items. Resolve issues regarding testing issues. Review scope change requests to reassess and amend the work requirements and timeline.</li><li>
Development Planning and Organization - Responsibilities include assisting with the creation and adherence to BI Reporting Strategy and Development Methodology. Communicate progress and work to resolve issues.</li><li>
Report / Dashboard Creation - Design, develop, test, document and maintain reports and dashboards.</li><li>
Research, Training, and Self Study - Perform on going self-study of job-related issues. Conduct and/or attend both formal and informal departmental and computer training.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Minimum Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
5-7 years' related experience</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Business, Computer Science, MIS or related)</li><li>

Per 8-hour shift. Sit 8 hours and stand 0 hours. Typical office environment (low noise level, limited exposure hot/cold temperatures, dust, fumes, and vibrations). Regular interaction with others and performs a degree of independent work. Physical and mental demands are akin to the majority of office positions with prolonged periods of sitting and prolonged use of a computer/keyboard. Infrequent lifting, walking and climbing stairs. Occasional use of office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.).</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Experience with BusinessObjects and SAP BW environment or experience with Microsoft SSRS/SSIS/PowerBI.</li><li>

Primary Responsibilities</b></p><br>
<p></p><ul><li>
Coordinate scheduling Company aircraft between departments or individuals requesting the use of an airplane and the Flight Operations Chief Pilot, Senior Captain, and/or the individual flight crew.</li><li>
Coordinate activities such as aircraft availability, destination airport, Flight Service Operations (FSO), food requirements, ground transportation, and make hotel accommodations for flight crews and passengers.</li><li>
Prepare daily flight schedule and distribute to Company pilots, Maintenance Chief, and senior management.</li><li>
Assist Administration and department heads in the preparation of trip request forms, coordination of flights and securing approval from Administration.</li><li>
Receive all visitors to Flight Operations facilities.</li><li>
Answer telephones, faxes, paging for department personnel, and relay messages for employees.</li><li>
Notify appropriate personnel on fuel, freight and mail deliveries.</li><li>
Maintain/update emergency handbooks (Company Flight Operations Manual).</li><li>
Perform administrative support and related duties for the department and type correspondence for the Flight Operations Chief Pilot.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Minimum Qualifications</b></p><br>

High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Display high level of maturity and decorum to deal properly with important phone calls and confidential information</li><li>
