We are looking for professional nurses to provide skilled care in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide Home Health admissions to Medicare and Commercially insured patients</li><li>Perform routine and high tech services</li><li>wound care, IV, vent</li><li>Medication management</li><li>Strong communications to patients and DON required.</li><li>Maintain patients care records and document provided services</li><li>Collect routine specimens as needed</li><li>Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven working experience as home health nurse</li><li>Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards</li><li>Proficiency in English</li><li>Nursing and health care administration skills</li><li>Caring and compassionate personality</li><li>Current Licenses and appropriate other CEU's</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>Work Remotely<ul><li>Looking for per diem caregivers to cover Mount Dora, Eustis, Leesburg, The Villages and Ocala areas.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Full-timePay: From $40.00 per hourMedical Specialty:<ul><li>Home Health</li></ul>Work Location: In person
