Plastech International FZC, a leading plastic products manufacturing company based in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales/Marketing Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and promoting our plastic products in both local and international markets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product sales</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in local and international markets</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer demands</li><li>Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports</li><li>Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to represent the company</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery</li><li>Monitor and analyze sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the manufacturing or plastic products industry</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software</li><li>Knowledge of the UAE market and international sales channels</li><li>Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Driving license preferred</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>AED 5,000 per month</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Friendly and professional work environment</li></ul>How to Apply:If you are an ambitious and skilled sales/marketing professional, please submit your resume and apply directly through Indeed.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales / Marketing: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Plastic Industry: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Preferred)</li></ul>
