With the intent to promote and sustain the American family farmer, Glen Prairie is family-farm sourced.PART TIME SERVER'SHours: Must be available evenings 3pm to 10pmHours: Must be available Saturday and Sunday availabilityPay: $9-$16.00/hour + tipsRequirements:<ul><li>Provides memorable guest service</li><li>Accurately takes orders</li><li>Able to answer questions regarding the menu</li><li>Taking orders in a timely fashion</li><li>Work together as a cohesive team with other servers and the kitchen staff to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently</li><li>Offer suggestions and recommendations in regards to orders and drinks</li><li>Help personalize the meal</li><li>Process payment</li><li>Maintain a clean working environment</li><li>Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service</li><li>Ability to be on your feet for up to 6 hours</li><li>Must always be neat in appearance and follow uniform and grooming guidelines</li><li>In-depth knowledge of serving customers needs and understanding of serving food to customers</li><li>Bartender experience is a must</li><li>Must have at least 3 year experience in the restaurant industry</li><li>Must have or obtain ServSafe Certification within 30 days of employment</li><li>Must have or obtain BASSET Certification within 30 days of employment</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $9.00 - $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Restaurant experience: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
