If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work, and have a passion for safe driving, this is the perfect opportunity to showcase your expertise and grow with us!Duties<ul><li>Safely operate roll-off trucks to load, transport, and unload waste containers.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of trucks before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance with company &amp; DOT standards.</li><li>Drive in adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations while maintaining punctual delivery schedules.</li><li>Assist with securing loads properly to prevent spillage or accidents during transit.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding route updates or operational issues.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance logs.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in commercial driving.</li><li>Valid CDL driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record;</li><li>Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently.</li><li>Physical capability for heavy lifting and manual handling of waste containers or equipment.</li><li>Familiarity with load &amp; unload procedures using mechanical aids such as roll-off mechanisms &amp; auto tarps.</li><li>Prior experience as a delivery driver or in waste management is highly desirable.</li><li>Join us to drive change&mdash;literally!
