The majority of our positions work a hybrid schedule. After the initial training, you will be required to come to the office on a regular hybrid schedule, and periodically for training and/or meetings. Computer and phone equipment will be provided. You must have reliable high-speed internet service and a suitable workspace at your residence.
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist collaborates with various department leaders to meet the Company&rsquo;s hiring and retention needs. Duties/Responsibilities:
</h2><ul><li>Performs full cycle recruiting activities to include intake to sourcing.</li><li>
Daily activities focused on sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiations, and closing.</li><li>
Create and implement sources to improve pipelines including social media and marketing opportunities.</li><li>
Primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process for internal and external partners to ensure a positive candidate experience.
</li><li>Continually identify external sources for passive candidates and to reduce time to fill in markets of interest.
</li><li>Partner to create engaging job postings, appropriate interview questions, and other documents used in the hiring process.
</li><li>Represent the organization at events as needed to network to bring exposure to CRS to create a pipeline for future candidates.
</li><li>Evaluate and analyze recruiting resources for best ROI.
</li><li>Utilize HRIS/ATS internal systems effectively to administer the hiring process.
</li><li>Schedule and conduct phone interviews, administer testing to candidates. Coordinate interviews with leaders and candidates.
</li><li>Provide job offer information to selected candidates and launch onboarding process.
</li><li>Participate with other HR projects as needed, or other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

4 or more years of HR experience with a focus on full lifecycle recruitment experience preferred.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Completion of Human Resources degree, certification, or coursework preferred.</li><li>
Experience with Paycom HR/Payroll systems or other Application Tracking systems preferred.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Physical Requirements:

Our office is in North Central Phoenix near Highway 101 and I 17. After completing on site training, this will be a hybrid role, typically working 2 days at the Phoenix office (Tuesday and Wednesday) and 3 days remote each week. Additional on-site days may be required as needed for special projects, meetings, or events. Computer equipment will be provided. You must have reliable high-speed internet service and a suitable workspace at your residence. The salary range for this position will be $50,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.
Job Summary:
The Design and Marketing Associate partners with Director of Marketing and the Design and Marketing Specialist in supporting the marketing needs of all internal departments through the creation and management of engaging, high-quality content. This role focuses on developing original creative assets, designing layouts, and crafting compelling copy for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, presentations, social media, the company website, and special events. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with digital marketing skills to enhance brand consistency and drive effective communication across all channels.
Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Source, edit, and optimize photography and graphics for marketing and sales materials, ensuring brand consistency and high quality visuals across all channels.</li><li>
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, while monitoring performance metrics and audience engagement.</li><li>
Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions for literature, collateral, email campaigns, social media, and new marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.</li><li>
Collaborate on website blog and vlog development, including content creation, layout, and promotion to support digital marketing goals.</li><li>
Support campaign analytics and reporting, providing insights to improve content performance and marketing ROI.</li><li>
Perform other duties as necessary or assigned, contributing to overall marketing and communications team success.

</li><li>Solid graphic design skills, including typography, layout, and photo editing</li><li>
Experience in digital marketing across multiple channels, including website content, social media, video, and email campaigns.</li><li>

2+ years of experience in:<ul><li>
Adobe Creative Apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) required</li><li>
HTML and Marketing Automation software (i.e. Pardot) preferred</li><li>
Wordpress preferred</li><li>
CRM software (i.e., SalesForce and Pardot) preferred.</li><li>
Editing video in Adobe Premiere a plus.</li><li>
Other related tools, such as ChatGPT and AI image creation tools are a plus</li></ul></li><li>
