About the role</b></p><p>
CrucialLogics seeking a HyperCare Consultant (Information Technology), for our remote team working out of India.</p><p>
Our company is currently in the process of expanding our managed services offerings.The user base is split between Windows and Mac operating systems and you will need familiarity with both.</p><p>

What you'll do</b></p><ul><li><b>To be the first point of contact for a user base with varying levels of technical skill.</b></li><li><b>Ensuring the best possible experience for users through efficient and personable communication.</b></li><li><b>Supporting a mixed Windows and MacOS environment with a standard set of business-related peripherals to go along with them.</b></li><li><b>Administration and upkeep of an Office 365 environment.</b></li><li><b>Administration and upkeep of Active Directory via physical servers and Azure VMs.</b></li><li><b>Intune Administration and upkeep.</b></li><li><b>Keeping technical documentation up to date.</b></li><li><b>Logging issues in company ticketing system.</b></li><li><b>Following established MAC policies.</b></li><li><b>Being Amazing!!!</b></li></ul><ul><li><b>
Active Directory Management:</b></li><li><div><ul><li>
Design, implement, and manage Windows Active Directory environments, including domain controllers, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and replication topology.</li><li>
Maintain and optimize Active Directory services, including DNS, DHCP, and AD Sites and Services.</li><li>
Manage and troubleshoot AD forests, domains, trusts, and OU structures.</li><li>
Ensure secure and compliant AD operations, implementing best practices for user and group management.</li></ul></div></li><li><b>
Azure Active Directory:</b></li><li><div><ul><li>
Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory, including user and group management, conditional access policies, and role-based access control (RBAC).</li><li>
Implement and support hybrid identity solutions, including Azure AD Connect, and manage synchronization and federation services.</li><li>
Configure and manage multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and identity protection features in Azure AD.</li><li>
Monitor and troubleshoot Azure AD services and connectivity issues.</li></ul></div></li><li><b>
Microsoft Certificate Authority:</b></li><li><div><ul><li>
Design, deploy, and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions using Microsoft Certificate Authority.</li><li>
Manage digital certificates, including issuance, renewal, and revocation processes.</li><li>
Ensure secure and compliant certificate management practices, including certificate templates, auto-enrollment, and key archival.</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve certificate-related issues for users and services.</li></ul></div></li><li><b>
Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS):</b></li><li><div><ul><li>
Design and implement Azure IaaS solutions, including virtual networks, virtual machines, and storage accounts.</li><li>
Manage Azure resource groups, subscriptions, and billing.</li><li>
Configure and optimize Azure VM performance, security, and high availability.</li><li>
Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions in Azure.</li><li>
Monitor and maintain Azure IaaS environments, including performance tuning and cost optimization.</li></ul></div></li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><b><br>
Education:</b></li><li><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar.</li></ul></div></li><li><b>
Experience:</b></li><li><div><ul><li>
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing Windows Active Directory environments.</li><li>
Proven experience with Azure AD and hybrid identity management.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Certificate Authority and PKI solutions.</li><li>
Strong background in Azure IaaS, including VM management, networking, and storage.</li></ul></div></li><li><b>
Skills:</b></li><li><div><ul><li>
Deep understanding of Active Directory architecture, replication, and security best practices.</li><li>
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.</li><li>
Knowledge of network protocols, DNS, and TCP/IP fundamentals.</li><li>
Familiarity with cloud security principles and identity protection mechanisms.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Strong communication and documentation skills.</li></ul></div></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>
Experience with Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or similar tools.</li><li>
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions.</li></ul></div>
