Talent Development Operations Manager</b></p><p><b>

This new role will support the design, implementation, and optimization of learning (L&amp;D) and talent development systems and processes, with a focus on Workday Learning, automation, and process improvement. They will leverage AI and automation to drive continuous improvement in learning delivery. The incumbent will serve as a key contributor to execute and evolve our Talent strategy as the team continues to grow and further enhance Crum &amp; Forster&rsquo;s internal and external brand as a &ldquo;Great Place to Work&rdquo; and &ldquo;Great Place to do Business With&rdquo;.</div><p><b>

</p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li>
Using your experience with AI, automation, and process improvement, you will identify and work with expert partners to implement AI tools and automation solutions to streamline learning and talent processes (e.g., chatbots, automated workflows, analytics).</li><li>
Leveraging your project management skills, you will Support L&amp;D and talent operations projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder communication, and effective change management. Lead portions of the project to transition from Cornerstone LMS to Workday Learning Powered by Sana.</li><li>
As someone with a knack for process improvement, you will analyze current processes, recommend enhancements, and document business processes leveraging best practices to improve efficiency and user experience.</li><li>
With your ability to tell impactful stories with data, you will develop and maintain dashboards and reports that tell the impact story of our talent development efforts and provide meaningful insights to leverage learning activity, compliance, and talent metrics.</li><li>
With your flexible mindset and interest in a variety of topics, you&rsquo;ll also be assigned additional special projects. Examples may include curating learning playlists or supporting other Talent Development team members with configuration and optimization of Workday Talent modules.</li></ul><p><b>
What YOU will bring to C&amp;F:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
Minimum of 5+ years of L&amp;D and/or Talent Management experience</li><li>
Experience with Workday Learning or similar LMS required</li><li>
Exceptional project management and communication skills.
</li><li>Experience with AI, automation, and process improvement</li><li>
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work collaboratively in a highly agile environment and manage multiple priorities</li><li>

Job Description:
<p>
The S&amp;S Operations Underwriting Assistant will support the business strategies and activities of the underwriting departments at the Manager&rsquo;s directive.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
What you will do for C&amp;F:</b></p><p></p><p><b><br>
Provide underwriting with pre-quote transaction support, including but not limited to</b>:</p><ul><li>
Validate data entry into underwriting workbooks and systems, such as auto classification, GL classification, schedule of underlying, and losses.</li><li>
Assist in the verification of proper documentation regarding coverage and limits prior to completing transactions.</li><li>
Communicate, as needed, with producers to obtain information required to complete transactions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Assume responsibility for completion of the transaction after underwriting binds an account, including but not limited to</b>:</p><ul><li>
Review and process bind orders, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate prior to policy issuance.</li><li>
Utilize various internal systems to complete policy drafting, verify data accuracy of drafted policy, approve policy drafts within authority, set-up within our internal electronic document management system, and follow-up for underwriter approval for accounts outside authority.</li><li>
Complete booking of premium within appropriate system, and confirm premium posted properly.</li><li>
Issue approved policies, perform review of underlying policies, report policy data to third party reporting agencies such as the Workers Compensation bureaus and the Department of Motor Vehicles, and resolve criticisms from those reporting agencies in a timely manner.</li><li>
Process post-bind transactions, including subjectivity and inspection follow-up, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.</li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
Contribute to the Crum &amp; Forster team environment and continuous improvement philosophy</b>:</div><ul><li>
Communicate and collaborate with other departments within the corporation to answer policy questions, resolve issues, and identify ways to streamline processes.</li><li>
Review and report on monthly Pended Transaction Report and Un-mailed report by Profit Center.</li><li>
Sustain cross-training capabilities for other Profit Centers to support production needs.</li><li>
Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Strong expertise in surplus lines policy issuance and post-bind operations preferred.</li><li>

Highly motivated with a positive outlook, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment/</li><li>
High level of accuracy in reviewing documents, entering data, and processing transactions. Ensuring all information is complete, correct, and compliant with company standards.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes asking clarifying questions, and providing updates.</li><li>
Ability to review and interpret complex data. Strong problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
