Job Summary: Oversees the billing, collection, and reconciliation processes to ensure efficient cash flow and minimal overdue accounts.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage AR team and oversee customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.</li><li>Monitor aging reports and implement effective credit control measures.</li><li>Coordinate with Sales &amp; Operations to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.</li><li>Prepare AR reports, cash forecasts, and monthly performance analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>5+ years of AR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
