Some of the responsibilities include talking to our customers about services we provide and getting reviews.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly, manage check-in procedures, and direct them appropriately</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, and route calls with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized reception area and manage incoming/outgoing mail and packages</li><li>Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and document preparation</li><li>Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings</li><li>Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining phone etiquette</li><li>Inform customers about what services we offer</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in front desk reception or administrative support roles with office management responsibilities</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs</li><li>Demonstrated clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and document management</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong time management skills</li><li>Personal assistant or calendar management experience is beneficial for supporting executive needs</li></ul>Join us to make a meaningful impact through your organizational talents and friendly approach!
