Job SummaryWe are looking for highly motivated and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Auto Repair Garage.Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Manage and supervise technicians and mechanics to ensure timely, high-quality repairs are carried out in accordance with safety and operational standards.</li><li>Coordinate daily activities, set priorities, and maintain efficient workflow within the department.</li></ul>2. Job Scheduling &amp; Workflow Coordination<ul><li>Assign repair and maintenance jobs to technicians based on workload, department capacity, and delivery timelines to maximize productivity and efficiency.</li></ul>3. Quality Assurance<ul><li>Oversee all repair and maintenance work to ensure it meets established quality standards.</li><li>Conduct inspections and implement quality control measures to uphold service excellence.</li></ul>4. Technical Support &amp; Troubleshooting<ul><li>Provide hands-on support in diagnosing complex technical issues.</li><li>Handle escalated cases and assist technicians with challenging repair tasks to ensure timely resolution.</li></ul>5. Customer &amp; Service Advisor Communication<ul><li>Collaborate with Service Advisors and customers to explain vehicle issues, repair work, and service outcomes in a clear and professional manner.</li></ul>6. Inventory Management<ul><li>Monitor and manage inventory levels of tools, parts, and supplies to ensure availability and reduce downtime.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement teams to replenish stock as needed.</li></ul>7. Workplace Safety &amp; Cleanliness<ul><li>Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.</li><li>Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and best practices.</li></ul>8. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare and maintain accurate daily and weekly reports on job status, technician performance, and service records.</li><li>Ensure all service documentation is up to date and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>9. Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Implement and enforce standards to meet legal and company-specific compliance requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.</li><li>Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems.</li><li>Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.</li><li>Must be able to work a 6-day week schedule in accordance with company policy.</li><li>Flexibility and availability to respond to emergency jobs and operational requirements as needed.</li><li>Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
