As Senior Organic Growth Manager for Traditional Finance, you will execute organic strategies across <b>stocks, cards, payments, banking</b>, and broader TradFi verticals. You&rsquo;ll deliver high-quality work at pace, with strong SEO and GEO awareness and tight collaboration across product and tech.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Execute the TradFi organic growth strategy, ensuring alignment with product, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Plan and brief content with SEO best practices embedded and a strong emphasis on speed, quality, and scalability.</li><li>
Lead and execute digital PR initiatives to elevate authority and drive competitive advantage.</li><li>
Partner with Tech SEO to ensure best-practice implementation across architecture, crawlability, structured data, and indexation.</li><li>
Drive ongoing analysis of search trends, competitive movements, SERP changes, and performance metrics to fuel rapid optimisation cycles and report to the business.</li><li>
Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure SEO and GEO is integrated into page structures, new features, and content experiences.</li><li>
Stay ahead of industry change - search and LLMs - and rapidly adapt strategy where needed.</li><li>
Operate with pace: fast responses, fast delivery, high accountability.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
4+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth.</li><li>
Strong on-page SEO and content-led optimisation skills.</li><li>
Working understanding of technical SEO and digital PR techniques. At the bleeding-edge of GEO advancements.</li><li>
Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc).</li><li>
Strong analytical ability and comfortable turning data into actionable insights quickly.</li><li>
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.</li><li>
Proven ability to work quickly, efficiently, and decisively in a high-speed execution environment.</li><li>
Experience in finance, fintech, or regulated industries is an advantage.</li></ul>
