We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Will Own:</b></h3><ul><li>Ship AI-powered features to production: conversational AI (chatbots, copilots), intelligent onboarding, smart trading assistants, automated compliance workflows</li><li>Lead cross-functional squads of ML engineers, data scientists, designers, and backend engineers to deliver AI products end-to-end</li><li>Evaluate and integrate LLM/GenAI capabilities (GPT, Claude, open-source models) into product experiences &mdash; balancing innovation speed with safety and compliance</li><li>Build the internal AI enablement playbook: drive adoption of AI tools across product, engineering, and operations teams</li><li>Define success metrics for AI features (engagement lift, cost reduction, resolution rate, NPS) and run rigorous A/B tests</li><li>Manage vendor relationships for AI/ML infrastructure, annotation, and model providers</li><li>Report to senior leadership on AI transformation progress, ROI, and strategic direction</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What We Are Looking For:</b></h3><ul><li>10+ years in product management, with 3+ years leading AI/ML product initiatives in production</li><li>Proven track record of shipping AI products at scale &mdash; chatbots, recommendation systems, NLP features, intelligent automation, or AI agents that served real users</li><li>Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks &mdash; you can hold your own in technical discussions with ML engineers</li><li>Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g. Dialogflow, Rasa, custom LLM-based agents) and measuring their effectiveness</li><li>Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous AI opportunities into concrete product specs, build-vs-buy decisions, and phased rollout plans</li><li>Strong data intuition &mdash; comfortable with SQL, analytics dashboards, and experiment design</li><li>Experience in fintech, crypto, or high-compliance environments is a strong plus</li><li>Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders (C-suite, engineering leads, compliance) on AI adoption strategy</li><li>Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree in AI/ML is a plus but not required &mdash; shipped products matter more than credentials</li></ul><div><b>
