We pride ourselves on innovation, safety, and a collaborative work environment.Role: Construction Supervisor Residential Projects (Dubai)Experience Required: 3 - 5+ Years (UAE)Employment Type: Full TimeKey Responsibilities <ul><li>Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.</li><li>Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and authority requirements.</li><li>Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.</li><li>Monitor quality, workmanship, and HSE compliance.</li><li>Track progress and submit daily/weekly site reports. Prepare sites for inspections and liaise with authorities.</li><li>Manage snagging, rectification, and handover processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DLD, and utility authority requirements</li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Minimum 3 - 5 years of UAE site supervision experience in residential or mixed-use developments.
