Job descriptionPosition Overview:We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in high-end real estate sales, a customer-first mindset, and a talent for building strong, lasting client relationships. This role involves guiding clients through the purchasing process, providing expert advice, and delivering a world-class customer experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Proactively source and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.</li><li>Conduct property tours and professionally showcase Crystal Bay Developers&rsquo; portfolio to prospective clients and investors.</li><li>Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized property solutions.</li><li>Stay current with market trends, competitive developments, and real estate laws and regulations.</li><li>Handle negotiations and close deals, ensuring full compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales performance, and market insights.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in luxury real estate sales as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or Sales Executive.</li><li>Deep understanding of high-end residential and commercial real estate markets.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.</li><li>Strong ability to establish trust and long-term relationships with clients.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Real Estate: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Fluency in English; additional languages Arabic Preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Real Estate: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
