Crystal D creates products that turn emotions into memories. We&rsquo;re looking for detail-oriented, motivated individuals to join our production team in the Masking department and help bring joy to our customers.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Produce and assemble products following Sales Work Orders and production standards</li><li>
Handle products carefully to minimize damage and ensure quality</li><li>
Cross-train in other areas and support team members as needed</li><li>
Use lean tools, visual management, and 5S techniques to improve productivity</li><li>
Maintain accurate production records and follow safety protocols</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
1+ year of assembly or production experience</li><li>
Reliable transportation</li><li>
Good hand dexterity, eye for detail, and crafty</li><li>
Basic math, reading, and writing skills</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, and grasp</li></ul>
