Crystal Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist who is also a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys both client interaction and providing beauty/spa services.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and check in clients with a warm, welcoming attitude</li><li>Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage bookings</li><li>Handle payments, retail sales, and daily front desk operations</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized reception area</li><li>Perform esthetic or cosmetology services as needed (facials, skincare treatments, waxing, etc.)</li><li>Educate clients on services and recommend products</li><li>Support overall spa operations and team members</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Active Esthetician or Cosmetology license (required)</li><li>Previous front desk, spa, or salon experience preferred</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional appearance and positive attitude</li><li>Basic computer and booking system knowledge</li></ul>Pay: $12.00 - $60.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Esthetician/Cosmologist License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
