Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in various legal tasks, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with applicable laws. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in legal research, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Duties: - Assist in legal drafting, including correspondence and legal documents - Organize and maintain documents in physical and electronic filing systems - Conduct document review for accuracy and completeness - Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, scanning, and copying - Assist in contract management by tracking deadlines and deliverables - Proofread legal documents for errors and inconsistencies - Support attorneys in litigation preparation and trial proceedings - Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetingsRequirements: - Proven experience as a Paralegal or similar role - Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field preferred-Personal Injury experienceThis position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
