We are following the best health and safety regulations in order to fulfill any requirements and for a good and professional operation.We offer best knowledge, services and dedication for our clients, having a good reputation and being for a long period of time in haulage businessJob descriptionHGV Class 1 DriverWhat does this job involve?<ul><li>Curtainside trailer work, average 2-3 deliveries /run/day</li><li>Starting between 04:00-08:00 in the morning, working 5 days per week</li><li>Delivering general goods in a curtain side trailer</li></ul>We are looking for drivers who:<ul><li>Hold a valid Driving License (Category C+E)</li><li>Hold a Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card</li><li>Drive in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring adherence to parking, speed and road signage</li><li>Work safely within the Health and safety environmental guidelines, and ensure all vehicle checks are carried out prior to commencement of work</li><li>Are flexible in approach to work, and work effectively as part of a team, providing support in resolving problems and have a can do, right first time and passionate approach</li><li>Work within all legal parameters of drivers hours and working time directive legislation, being fully compliant with tachograph and break requirements</li></ul>What we can offer in return?As a part of a growing company you will receive excellent rate of pay, 25 days holiday, pension scheme, flexible working, training, development and secondment opportunities .We accept Self- employed or LTD drivers as wellContract length: 12 monthsJob Types: Full-time, ContractJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &pound;55,000.00-&pound;58,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Driving a Goods Vehicle: 1 year (preferred)</li><li>driving: 1 year (preferred)</li></ul>Licence/Certification:<ul><li>Driver CPC (preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
