We are looking for a Purchase Order / Procurement Executive with experience in events, exhibitions, or government projects to manage end-to-end PO processing and vendor coordination. The role involves working closely with projects, finance, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant procurement aligned with government and event execution requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, issue, and track Purchase Orders in line with approved BOQs, budgets, and project timelines.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service partners for materials, rentals, fabrication, and technical services.</li><li>Ensure compliance with government procurement norms, documentation, and approval workflows.</li><li>Liaise with projects, finance, accounts, and site teams for PO closures, GRNs, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, rate cards, and PO registers.</li><li>Support tender-related procurement and vendor onboarding as required.</li><li>Monitor delivery schedules and resolve supply or quality issues in coordination with site teams.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>4&ndash;6 years of experience in procurement / purchase order management.</li><li>Prior exposure to events, exhibitions, government, or PSU projects (mandatory).</li><li>Working knowledge of PO processes, vendor management, and basic commercial terms.</li><li>Familiarity with government procurement documentation is an advantage.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / procurement systems (preferred).</li><li>Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.</li></ul>Qualification - Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, or related field.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

We are looking for a skilled 3D SketchUp Artist to visualize event spaces, museum exhibits, installations, and experiential environments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create 3D models, layouts, and visualizations using SketchUp for events, museums, exhibitions, and experiential spaces.</li><li>Develop 3D walkthroughs, renders, and fly-through animations to support presentations and client pitches.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative, content, and technical teams to interpret concepts and bring them to life.</li><li>Design spatial layouts, exhibit structures, sets, props, and installation elements with accuracy.</li><li>Produce detailed views, mood boards, and design mock-ups for client approval.</li><li>Understand event/museum space constraints and propose creative yet practical design solutions.</li><li>Make revisions based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of assets.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;6 years of experience as a 3D Artist / 3D Visualizer / SketchUp Designer.</li><li>SketchUp (primary),V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape (for rendering), Adobe Photoshop (for presentation boards)</li><li>Experience in event design, museum projects, exhibitions, stage setups, themed spaces, or similar experiential domains.</li><li>Ability to create high-quality walkthroughs and animated presentations.</li><li>Good understanding of materials, lighting, scale, and spatial storytelling.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FreelanceWork Location: In person
