We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Legal Processing Officer to join the CS Global Partners Legal Processing Team. The position is suited to someone who has a strong commitment and interest in citizenship and residency by investment solutions and experience in a fast paced legal or immigration advisory environment. You will be required to oversee the legal processing team that process our clients &lsquo;investor immigration applications. You, in conjunction with the team, will look after clients throughout the application process, compiling the files, reviewing the documentation, preparing correspondence and deal with any other issues as and when they arise. You must have the ability to deal with legislation and legal processes from the various jurisdictions that we operate in, which includes liaising directly with the respective legal offices and Citizenship by Investment Units. The individual will also provide legal support to all of CS Global Partners&rsquo; international offices.The applicant should have knowledge in Know Your Client (KYC) procedures. Additional compliance experience is helpful as you will be required to conduct due diligence checks on all stakeholders that the company engages therefore analysing and identifying any risks and implications of the company.Do you fit the mould? We are looking for an individual with:&middot; Strong record of academic achievement or proven immigration casework experience&middot; Demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and customer care skills, ideally from a professional services or corporate business perspective&middot; Demonstrate exceptional planning and time management skills with an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines&middot; Possess strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written)&middot; Have meticulous attention to detail and accuracy&middot; An exceptional command of the English language&middot; Must have excellent technical and problem solving ability&middot; Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential&middot; Have a history of working with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds&middot; Have knowledge of administrative regulation&middot; Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders via correspondence, telephone and in person is a key&middot; Ensure confidentiality in respect of professional standards and client care&middot; Support strong client relationships by displaying professionalism and efficiency in appropriate communications&middot; Have reasonable IT skills&middot; Second language fluency and master&rsquo;s degree would be advantageous.About CS Global Partners:CS Global Partners is the world&rsquo;s leading government advisory and marketing firm, specialising in residency and citizenship by investment solutions.
