Qualification: MBA / ME / M.Tech with Bachelor&rsquo;s in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)<br>
Requirements:
</p><ul><li>Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, especially drinking water projects, with end-to-end responsibility.
</li><li>Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional field teams, contractors, clients, and internal departments.
</li><li>Expertise in project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and enforcing safety standards on site.
</li><li>Skilled in quality assurance, technical supervision, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and government regulations.
</li><li>Proficient in preparing and presenting detailed project status reports to stakeholders.
</li><li>Experience in resource deployment and effective coordination to meet project deadlines.
</li><li>Familiarity with documentation management, including TDS/PF record submission and regulatory filings.
</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with clients and government bodies, including State Water Supply Mission (SWSM).
</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address on-site challenges and drive timely solutions.
</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining project documentation and compliance.
