Role Summary
We are looking for a senior Investment Operations leader with 12&ndash;18 years of experience in private equity or investment operations to oversee end-to-end fund and deal operations. This is a high-ownership role supporting US investment teams, managing liquidity, credit facilities, transaction execution, and operational controls.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Lead end-to-end lifecycle of PE investments (capital calls, distributions, exits)
</li><li>Oversee deal closing: funding memos, wires, FX, compliance checks
</li><li>Manage fund-level credit facilities (borrow/repay, interest, fee computation)
</li><li>Drive cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury operations
</li><li>Ensure accurate booking of investments, cash, and FX transactions
</li><li>Strengthen reconciliations, controls, and audit readiness
</li><li>Partner with Investment, Finance, Legal, banks, and fund administrators
</li><li>Mentor team members and drive process automation/improvements
</li></ul>Candidate Profile
<ul><li>12&ndash;18 years in Private Equity Fund Operations / Investment Operations / IB Middle Office
</li><li>Strong understanding of PE fund structures (LP/GP), debt instruments, and credit lines
</li><li>Deep experience in deal execution support and cash management
</li><li>Hands-on with reconciliations, audit coordination, and transaction oversight
</li><li>Advanced Excel; experience with fund accounting/portfolio systems preferred
</li><li>Prior exposure to US-based stakeholders
</li><li>Flexible to work EST / PST shifts

Roles &amp; Responsibilities
Revenue Assurance-
<div><ul><li>Contract management- Collect the POs/WOs/Contracts/Agreements against each of the customers and create/update the contract details customer wise.
</li></ul><ul><li>Contract Mapping- Map the contracts with the invoices/credit notes and the revenue month wise and period wise against each customer and customer group.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that the revenue accounting is correct.
</li></ul><ul><li>Revenue Reporting- Ensure all revenue reporting is correct and proper report per requirement is given to all customer groups.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that all revenue is accrued, and all undue accruals are reversed properly.
</li></ul><ul><li>Can do the end-to-end handling to Contracts till invoicing and collection.
</li></ul><ul><li>Raise invoices for domestics and overseas customers through the GST portal.
</li></ul><ul><li>Work with the Financial Operations team of India to ensure all statutory and organization requirements including financial reporting is adhered to within the timelines.
</li></ul><ul><li>Work with the consultants to ensure that statutory compliances are adhered to within time.
</li></ul><ul><li>Respond to all audit queries and ensure that all audit assistance is given properly.
</li></ul><ul><li>Cater to any ad hoc request from business.
</li></ul></div>Transactions-
<div><ul><li>Book and pass entry for revenue and payables for vendors, as applicable in Accounting Package- Tally.
</li></ul><ul><li>Check all the details for proper booking for vendor invoices and provisions in the books, for those expenses which are related to revenue.
</li></ul><ul><li>Work with the various business team members for getting information on vendors and vendors&rsquo; invoices, per requirement.
</li></ul></div>Accounting-
<div><ul><li>Perform all reconciliations related to revenue and customer ledgers.
</li></ul><ul><li>Reconcile the Bank Book maintained exclusively for customers.
</li></ul><ul><li>Furnish proper data to FBP and Business teams as and when required.
</li></ul><ul><li>to improve efficiency.
</li></ul><ul><li>Support month-end and year-end close processes.
</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze all revenue and invoicing related financial data to identify trends and provide proper responses as and when required.
</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with other departments to streamline revenue reporting.
</li></ul><ul><li>Any ad hoc reporting or responsibility.

</li></ul></div>Requirements &amp; Skills
<ul><li>A professional with 3-8 years of experience in transactions with focus on Order to Cash operations including invoicing and revenue reporting.
</li><li>Adequate experience in It services/ITES segments will be an advantage.
</li><li>Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role with an eye for detail.
</li><li>Understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations.
</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle Financials).
</li><li>Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
</li><li>Advances skill in MS Office.
</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
</li><li>Ability to work independently and lead teams.
</li><li>Good communication skills
</li><li>A team player.
