We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join CSG Systems, Inc. as a Scrum Master/Lead QA. This dual-role position will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes within development teams while also leading quality assurance efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
We are looking for a Scrum Master/Lead QAwho will:<ul><li>
Champion and implement Agile Principles, acting as a servant leader for one Scrum team.</li><li>
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) effectively.</li><li>
Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring smooth workflow and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Lead the execution, and oversight of all software testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing while leveraging AI tools.</li><li>
Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on Software Architectures and Software Design specifications, utilizing AI tools to ensure completeness of cases.</li><li>
Perform thorough Debugging and root cause analysis of software defects.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the Software Development lifecycle to ensure quality is built in from the start.</li><li>
Conduct Systems Analysis to understand complex requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.</li><li>
Effectively manage communication and expectations with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.</li><li>
Act as a mentor to junior QA engineers and team members, fostering their growth and skill development.</li></ul>

Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile Principles.
</li><li>Extensive experience in Software Testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management.</li><li>
Demonstrated proficiency in Debugging and problem-solving.</li><li>
Solid understanding of Software Architectures and Software Design principles.</li><li>
Experience in the Software Development lifecycle.</li><li>
Experience in leverage UI tools for efficient and thorough test case identification, writing and execution.</li><li>
Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills.</li><li>
A passion for Mentoring and fostering team growth.</li><li>
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) is a plus.</li><li>
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment</li></ul>

Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$90,035.68-$144,054.08
This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.

Customer Solution Consultant (Telecommunications)
Leverages telecommunications industry, technology, and business knowledge to lead conversations with our clients designed to identify business challenges and leverage the full portfolio of CSG solutions, products, services, and partners to provide innovative and relevant solutions to solve those challenges.
The Customer Solution Consultant works with our telecommunications clients (e.g., mobile, fixed, cable, broadband, converged and digital service providers) to understand and align their strategic goals and objectives with the appropriate solutions, products, and services.
The Customer Solution Consultant then frames creative and innovative business, technical, and operating models, including commercial models, that increase revenue, market share, improved customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.<div></div>
Responsibility<ul><li>
Tailor the strategy and solution to the customer.</li><li>
Frame creative and advantageous business, technical, and operating solutions that increase revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.</li><li>
Create proposals.</li><li>
Respond to RFP&rsquo;s, RFQ&rsquo;s and proactive bids while working closely with all teams to develop the win strategy, competitor evaluation, and differentiated value propositions.</li><li>
Develop a business and solution architecture strategy based on situational awareness of the customer&rsquo;s business scenarios and motivations.</li><li>
Build business cases for customers to justify new business models and/or business architecture.</li><li>
Guide solution design teams to create the relevant technical architecture, solution, and service design that is fit for solution, business criticality and commercial viability.</li><li>
Collaborate and partner with the pursuit lead (Sales) to develop and execute an integrated and multi-faceted account plan that is compelling, engaging, and relevant to the drivers of business transformation within the account.</li><li>

Prepare compelling collaterals &ndash; case studies, presentations, and reusable content for customer solution walkthroughs and sales pitches.</li></ul>

Experience<ul><li>
Minimum 10 years&rsquo; experience in relevant business/solution consulting of software products, services, solutions and/or SI capabilities.</li><li>
Minimum of 8 years&rsquo; experience within the telecommunications / communications service provider industry (e.g., mobile, fixed, cable, broadband) in a business / solution consulting, system integration, product/solution vendor or deal lead capacity.</li><li>
Minimum of 8 years&rsquo; experience in the development and transformation of business/solution architectures and business models in the context of large enterprises, primarily at the logical level.</li></ul><div></div>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<ul><li>
