 You will report to a Director of Sales to manage the customer relationship and follow up with customer POs and contracts and registration of CSG with local customers.

  Responsibilities

   Hire qualified and energetic person to help the sales team communicate with customers and internally
  </li>
  <li>
   Provides the sales team cover by following up with customers and internal stakeholders.
  </li>
  <li>
   Extend CSG reach by making calls and support to creating leads in existing accounts and new logos
  </li>
  <li>
   Help the sales team to respond to requests for proposals
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate efforts with stakeholders to plan CSG participation and meetings in various tradeshows to maximize benefit for CSG
  </li>
  <li>
   Coordinate with sales and presales team to schedule / facilitate impactful presentations to existing and potential clients
  </li>
  <li>
   support sales team by communicating with internal and external partners to create additional opportunities
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with the sales team to build a pipeline for the department of prospective clients to forecast possible sales revenue
  </li>
  <li>
   Support the sales team to provide an accurate forecast and ensure that all opportunities are logged into SFDC

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent education/experience

   Potential to quickly gain knowledge of the payment industry

Sales Coordinator

<div></div><div><div><div>RESPONSIBILITIES</div><div></div><ul><li>Provides strategic direction, including internal and external governance, leadership, program level tracking and monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to execute successful project delivery, improve project management practices and substantial team leadership experience with a focus on team development. Will run the CSG solution large programs and Complex programs with third parties and client retained estates with integration needs.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Expected to sponsor/create/lead initiatives benefiting the Delivery practice or CSG improvement, as well as mentorship and collaboration with less experienced PMs.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Responsible for managing complex programs and projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors and delivery methods and leads the relationship and strategic management of vendors, client and CSG where SI is mandated as SI, and ensures a robust control and governance framework for delivery.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Initiates and approves the project documentation, delivery approach, and success criteria, and provides input to the SDR (solution delivery review) for internal program approval.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Creates and executes the program approach and planning to deliver against the objectives and targets of client and CSG and coordinates multiple related components and projects.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Responsible for project/program budget planning and adherence, provides metrics and reporting to ensure projects are on track, and implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Communicates effectively with the teams and stakeholders, and facilitates senior level discussions and meetings, both internal and external.</li></ul><div></div><div>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE</div><ul><li><div>
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical, Software, Telecommunications) or Business (with major in Computing) or other plus equivalent experience</div></li><li><div>
Minimum 10 years IT/Telecommunications industry experience</div></li><li><div>
Minimum 5 years program management experience in managing large BSS implementation/software development projects.</div></li><li><div>
Experience in consulting environment with significant client contact.</div></li><li><div>
Certified in Project Management (e.g. PMP), Service Management (e.g. ITIL) and relevant industry standards (e.g. TMF).</div></li><li><div>
