Location: On-site (Full-time) &mdash; CSG Info Tech Office, Phase 7, Bahria Town, IslamabadReporting To: Project DirectorSalary Package: PKR 300,000 to PKR 500,000 per month.Role Purpose:We need a hands-on Senior Technical Project Manager who can lead end-to-end delivery of our enterprise transformation program, including:<ul><li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) customization + new modules,</li><li>Primavera (P6) integration with Business Central integration via APIs, and</li><li>A complete AI Agents program:</li></ul>&middot; Module AI Agents (one per BC module) trained on best practices + international standards and embedded to guide users step-by-step.&middot; A Master AI Agent with three capabilities:a) Horizon scanning + strategic planning (research &rarr; reports &rarr; long-term strategy)b) Market research + market plan generation (niche, customer base, buying power, competition, GTM plan)c) AI Voice Sales Agent (high-volume outbound calling capability) designed and governed with legal/ethical controls.This role owns both delivery leadership and technical governance (architecture reviews, CI/CD, integration quality, AI safety/compliance, and operational readiness).Key Responsibilities:1) Program &amp; Project Delivery Leadership (ERP + Integration + AI)<ul><li>Own the Project Execution Plan (PEP): scope baseline, schedule, resource/capacity plan, quality plan, risk plan, and communications plan.</li><li>Run the full delivery cadence: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and milestone gate meetings.</li><li>Manage and report scope/schedule/effort, RAID, dependencies, and change control to ensure predictable delivery.</li><li>Establish governance for multi-stream delivery (BC modules, Primavera integration, AI agents) including release train planning and cutover strategy.</li><li>Coordinate stakeholders (Project Director, Technical Supervisor/Lead, developers, QA, business users, external vendors).</li></ul>2) Azure DevOps Platform Ownership (End-to-End)<ul><li>Configure and administer Azure DevOps Projects:</li><li>Azure Boards: Epics/Features/Stories/Tasks/Bugs hierarchy, workflows, fields, dashboards, delivery plans, queries, and reporting.</li><li>Azure Repos: branching strategy, PR policies, code review rules, repo governance.</li><li>Azure Pipelines: CI/CD pipelines, release workflows, environment approvals, secrets management, rollback strategy.</li><li>Other Tools: Such as MS Fabric and Testing Tools etc.</li><li>Enforce &ldquo;ways of working&rdquo; discipline:</li><li>No work without work items</li><li>Estimation rules and sprint planning discipline</li><li>Daily updates of remaining work</li><li>Strong Definition of Done (DoD) and acceptance criteria at story/feature level</li></ul>3) Primavera integration with Business Central Integration (API Program Leadership)<ul><li>Lead and supervise the full integration lifecycle:</li><li>Requirements, integration architecture, mapping, API design, error handling, performance targets, security design, and documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure robust integration patterns:</li><li>Authentication/authorization (e.g., OAuth2/Azure AD), role-based access, audit logs</li><li>Retry logic, idempotency, reconciliation, monitoring/alerts</li><li>Manage integration testing: SIT/UAT, data validation, edge cases, cutover/go-live readiness.</li><li>Coordinate any middleware approach (e.g., Azure Functions/Logic Apps/Service Bus/API Management) as needed for reliable orchestration.</li></ul>4) AI Agents Program Leadership (Module Agents + Master Agent)A) Module AI Agents (one per module)<ul><li>Define a repeatable blueprint for module agents:</li><li>Knowledge scope (policies, SOPs, best practices, international standards)</li><li>User guidance flows (how-to, validations, coaching, checklists)</li><li>Access control by role (who can ask/see what)</li><li>Supervise technical approach (RAG, knowledge base governance, content updates, agent evaluations).</li><li>Ensure each module agent delivers:</li><li>Accurate operational guidance aligned to approved SOPs</li><li>Traceable sources/knowledge references (internal docs)</li><li>Feedback loop for continuous improvement</li></ul>B) Master AI Agent (3-level capability)<ul><li>Horizon scanning for long-term strategy</li><li>Build research workflows and reporting templates</li><li>Produce structured outputs: trends, risks, opportunities, scenarios, strategic initiatives and roadmap</li></ul><ul><li>Market research for market plan</li><li>Research niche, segmentation, customer base, pricing, competitor landscape, channels, GTM plan</li><li>Convert findings into a clear marketing plan (positioning, funnel, budget logic, KPIs)</li><li>AI voice sales agent</li><li>Lead design and governance for outbound calling capability at scale</li><li>Implement controls: consent, DNC compliance, call recording policy, escalation to human, QA sampling, and script/version control</li><li>Define KPIs: connect rate, qualification rate, conversion rate, compliance rate, and customer satisfaction</li></ul>5) Quality, Security, and Engineering Governance<ul><li>Partner with the Technical Supervisor/Lead to enforce:</li><li>PR discipline, code quality gates, branching policy, peer reviews</li><li>Automated testing where feasible; structured manual testing where needed</li><li>Defect lifecycle management, regression control, release readiness</li><li>Track engineering metrics: defect trends, rework ratio, lead/cycle time, deployment success rate, change failure rate.</li><li>Ensure security and compliance basics across ERP + integrations + AI:</li><li>Secrets management, least-privilege access, audit logs, data protection, and environment controls.</li></ul>6) Collaboration &amp; Documentation Governance (Teams + SharePoint/OneDrive)<ul><li>Configure Azure DevOps with Teams integration (alerts for work items/PRs/ builds/releases) and Time Doctor etc.</li><li>Build a structured SharePoint/Teams documentation system for:</li><li>PEP, BRDs/FRDs, designs, test artifacts, change requests, training, cutover/go-live checklists.</li><li>Implement SharePoint/OneDrive approvals for governance gates (requirements/design/UAT/go-live).</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).</li><li>8+ years in software delivery, including 3+ years as Technical PM / Scrum Master / Delivery Lead / TPM.</li><li>Proven delivery experience of enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/large-scale business systems).</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines).</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum + Hybrid governance (waterfall gates + sprint execution).</li><li>Excellent communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.</li></ul>Must-Have Technical Skills<ul><li>.NET / C# understanding (able to review code and unblock engineers).</li><li>Azure fundamentals: App Services/Functions, Key Vault, Storage, Azure SQL (working knowledge).</li><li>API integrations: REST, authentication, webhooks, error handling, logging/monitoring.</li><li>SQL: query ability + performance basics.</li><li>Git branching strategies + PR best practices + CI/CD concepts.</li></ul>Preferred / High-Value Experience<ul><li>Dynamics 365 Business Central: AL language, extensions, BC APIs, permissions, environments.</li><li>Primavera P6 integration: experience with P6 APIs (EPPM/REST) and schedule/cost/resource data mapping.</li><li>Azure Integration Services: API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Functions (or equivalent).</li><li>Power BI for executive dashboards and delivery reporting.</li><li>Test management: SIT/UAT planning, release readiness, production cutovers.</li></ul>AI / Agent Expertise (Preferred)<ul><li>Experience managing delivery of AI assistants/agents in enterprise settings:</li><li>Knowledge base governance, evaluation/testing, prompt/version control, role-based access.</li><li>Familiarity with agent orchestration patterns (multi-agent workflows, tool/function calling).</li><li>Understanding of RAG architecture (Azure OpenAI + Azure AI Search or equivalent) and secure integration into ERP modules.</li></ul>Key Deliverables / Success Measures (KPIs)<ul><li>PEP established and maintained; cadence running consistently.</li><li>Reliable forecasting and visibility via Azure DevOps dashboards and reports.</li><li>Stable CI/CD pipelines with controlled releases and reduced deployment risk.</li><li>Successful Primavera &harr;
