The ideal candidate will assist in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement and administrative activities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to build a strong career in HR.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and referrals.</li><li>Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panel.</li><li>Support in completing onboarding formalities and documentation.</li><li>Prepare and update employee records.</li></ul>2. HR Operations<ul><li>Maintain attendance, leave records and employee databases.</li><li>Support in drafting HR letters, notices and communication.</li><li>Assist in maintaining HRMS and updating employee details.</li><li>Help in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.</li></ul>3. Employee Engagement<ul><li>Help organize employee engagement events, celebrations and activities.</li><li>Conduct employee feedback surveys and share insights with the HR team.</li></ul>4. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Coordinate internal training sessions and maintain training calendars.</li><li>Prepare training-related reports and track participation.</li></ul>5.
