Job Title: SEO Associate (SEO &amp; AEO Focus)Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 &ndash; 2 Years Location: Sector 62, Noida, UP (Mandatory &ndash; Work from Office)Job OverviewWe are looking for a result-oriented SEO Associate with 1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO). The ideal candidate should understand how modern search works across Google Search, Featured Snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), voice search, and AI-powered answer engines, and be capable of executing SEO strategies that improve organic visibility and traffic.Key Responsibilities1. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)<ul><li>Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and opportunity identification</li><li>Execute on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, URLs, internal linking, content optimisation)</li><li>Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with the development team</li><li>Improve content optimisation based on search intent and user behaviour</li><li>Support and monitor off-page SEO activities (link building, outreach, citations)</li><li>Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools</li></ul>2. Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)<ul><li>Research and optimise question-based and conversational queries</li><li>Create and optimise content for Featured Snippets and People Also Ask (PAA)</li><li>Structure content using FAQs, bullet points, tables, and concise answers</li><li>Optimise content for voice search (Google Assistant, Alexa)</li><li>Support schema-aware optimisation (FAQ, HowTo, Article &ndash; with tech/content teams)</li></ul>3. Content Optimisation &amp; Strategy<ul><li>Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO &amp; AEO-optimised content</li><li>Refresh and optimise existing content to improve rankings and answer coverage</li><li>Ensure content aligns with E-E-A-T and search quality guidelines</li><li>Assist in content planning based on keyword and AEO opportunities</li></ul>4.
