The QA/QC Project Administrator will assist the EPC Site QA/QC Manager with their administrative responsibilities.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Essential Functions</b></div><ul><li>
Assist Site QA/QC Manager in the projects quality document research and inspection development.</li><li>
Develop inspection request forms, quality cheat sheets and tally cards.</li><li>
Populate inspections structure in the quality team document management system, Solar Grade.</li><li>
Review completed quality control inspection forms for completeness and notify Site QAQC Manager and/or field of any discrepancies.</li><li>
Update inspection tracker daily.</li><li>
Send daily inspection status email to site team and management at the end of every day.</li><li>
Create quality report cards and email to the site team and management at the end of every day.</li><li>
PDF all first installs and quality inspection reports and file in project BOX Folder.</li><li>
Work with Project Engineers to ensure all turnover documents are submitted in the Project</li><li>
Document Management System.</li><li>
Weekly: Export open issues from inspections and provide punchlist to the QAQC Site Manager to present to the team. Punchlist will also be emailed to the site team.</li><li>
Weekly: Provide snapshot of task code percent complete to payroll.</li><li>
Oversee timecard reporting for QA/QC personnel. Track hours used vs hours reported by payroll.</li><li>
Assist QA/QC Site Manager with any material, IT, tools, and equipment requests for the site QA/QC department.</li></ul><div>

About You:

Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
2+ years of experience in related administrative duties.</li></ul><p>

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).</li><li>
Experience and skill with Viewpoint, preferred.</li><li>
Excellent negotiation and team-building skills.</li><li>
Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>
High attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment required.</li><li>
Positive and proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.</li><li>

Physical Demands</b></p><ul><li>
Frequently works outdoors on uneven surfaces.</li><li>
May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time.</li><li>
May be required to stoop, bend, and crouch.</li></ul><p><b>
Work Environment</b></p><ul><li>
Works in the office 90% of the time.</li><li>
May work in varying weather conditions: hot, cold, and wet conditions.</li><li>
May occasionally work in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels and hazardous.</li></ul>

Hourly Rate $31.00-$41.00/ hour (Non-Exempt)</b><br>

Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. CSI reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.</li></ul></li><li>
