 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fabricate, weld, and repair oilfield equipment
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Primary Duties
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate dimensional tolerances
 </li>
 <li>
 Work from drawings, blueprints, verbal instructions, and other
 </li>
 <li>
 Flag time worked and write stories
 </li>
 <li>
 Clean and maintain welding equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Adhere to safety procedures
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Formal technical training degree, certificate or diploma preferred or equivalent work experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have experience with fabrication and welding on both metal and aluminum
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to handle heavy materials manually and with machinery
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have general tools to perform minor mechanical duties
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective written and oral communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret shop repair order forms, repair manuals, blueprints, and various other technical bulletins
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to use computer keyboard and Windows basics
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in an environment with frequent exposure to outside weather elements
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work 8 - 10 hour days, including overtime hours as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, walk and sit on a regular basis with frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
 </li>
