Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Auto Mechanic to join our team at Universal Motorcars. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems including brakes, engines, transmissions, and suspension.</li><li>
Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.</li><li>
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.</li><li>
Keep accurate records of repair work and maintenance performed.</li><li>
Work closely with service advisors and other team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an auto mechanic or similar role.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and diagnostic tools.</li><li>
ASE certification or equivalent mechanical certification preferred.</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.</li><li>
Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical vocational training is a plus.</li><li>
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li></ul>

 Position Overview
 
 
 
 As a Bookkeeper at CSN Collision, you will be responsible for managing financial records and ensuring that the financial operations of the company run smoothly. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial data, processing transactions, and providing support for the overall accounting function.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform reconciliation of bank statements, verifying and resolving discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents and records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare payroll and manage employee expense reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support during audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on financial regulations and best practices in bookkeeping.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a bookkeeper, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of integrity and confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Post-secondary education in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
