Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and engage our target audience. You must have 2 years experience in SEO and Web Design/Dev. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively manage both digital and traditional marketing efforts.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.</li><li>Analyze market trends and customer data to inform marketing strategies.</li><li>Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media engagement.</li><li>Manage print advertising efforts to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to create promotional materials that support sales goals.</li><li>Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.</li><li>Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors for advertising placements and promotional events.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on marketing performance metrics for senior management.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2 Years experience in Web Dev/Design</li><li>2 years experience running security guard adds</li><li>2 years experience in SEO</li><li>2 years experience creating/managing Google adds</li><li>Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a managerial capacity.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including email marketing and social media strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance.</li><li>Experience in print advertising and traditional marketing methods is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.</li><li>A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li></ul>Join us in driving our brand forward through innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our audience!Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
