The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating various departments, ensuring smooth workflow, driving P&amp;L results and achieving operational goals. This includes but is not limited to, overseeing production processes, managing budgets, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

2nd Shift: 3:30PM - 12:00AM, Monday-Friday 


Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.</li>
<li>Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to streamline workflow, improve productivity, and enhance overall efficiency.</li>
<li>Manage reports, statistical analysis, and daily P&amp;L reporting. This may include participating in daily P&amp;L calls with Corporate management.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize inventory management processes to minimize stock outs, overstock, and inventory holding costs.</li>
<li>Responsible for meeting or surpassing daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with accurate reporting that consistently exceeds customer expectations.</li>
<li>Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a positive and high-performing team culture.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, procurement, and customer service, to coordinate warehouse operations and address customer needs and requirements.</li>
<li>Communicates effectively with Corporate management and customers to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), meeting customer expectations, and promptly resolving any issues that may arise.</li>
<li>Engages in employee relations initiatives, promptly addressing and resolving employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.</li>
<li>Provide the next level of support for escalated issues during work shifts.</li>
<li>Collaborates with Corporate to facilitate escalations involving corporate resources (IT, network, etc.) for troubleshooting or process improvement purposes.</li>
<li>Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors.</li>
<li>All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills and Experience
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience (preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced production, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing or service environment), including experience working with P&amp;L/budgets.</li>
<li>Proficient in managing a demanding workload, prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.</li>
<li>Capable of working independently and engaging proactively within the warehouse setting.</li>
<li>Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, and MS Office.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate, motivate, and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>Effective problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset and a focus on results and continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Proficient knowledge of Project Management and the importance of prioritizing deadlines.</li>
<li>General knowledge of OSHA Standards.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills and Experience
<ul>
<li>Experience working with UKG and Kronos</li>
<li>Experience in supervising temporary staff</li>
<li>Technical background</li>

2nd Shift Operations Manager

The production supervisor position is responsible for coordinating and assigning the activities of production workers, ensuring that production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and driving P&amp;L results. This position supervises production operations within an assigned areas or during assigned shifts.

2nd shift: 12:30PM - 9:00PM, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $21.42 + 20% differential 


Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Supervises workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods for shipment.</li>
<li>Schedule and assign tasks to workers, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.</li>
<li>Responsible for meeting or surpassing daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with accurate reporting that consistently exceeds customer expectations.</li>
<li>Deliver clear and concise information during shift transition meetings, ensuring the next shift is prepared for success.</li>
<li>Provide first level of support for any escalated issue during work shift.</li>
<li>Maintain consistent production quality by monitoring departmental performance metrics.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with management and customers to ensure SLAs are met and issues are promptly resolved.</li>
<li>Engages in employee relations initiatives, promptly addressing and resolving employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.</li>
<li>Assists in P&amp;L forecasting and analysis, alongside labor planning and scheduling.</li>
<li>Prepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting as required.</li>
<li>Coordinates the flow of work through the department and ensures that department has sufficient levels of inventory to meet demand and is staffed appropriately.</li>
<li>Provide training, motivation, and support to employees regarding company and departmental procedures, development opportunities, and departmental processes.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors.</li>

</ul>
Required Skills and Experience
<ul>
<li>1+ years of leadership experience, materials/distribution environment is preferred.</li>
<li>Capable problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities, demonstrating a strategic approach with a focus on achieving results and fostering continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating effective verbal and written communication.</li>
<li>Capacity to engage with customers in a professional manner.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills and Experience
<ul>
<li>Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus.</li>

A Material Handler (pick/pack/ship) performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies.

1st Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $16.60/hour 


Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Executes foundational tasks within a warehouse environment including but not limited to: packaging, unpackaging, put away, sorting, staging, picking, shipping and preparing units for production.</li>
<li>Cut open boxed inventory in the storage area or on the rack.</li>
<li>Place open boxes on the appropriate shelf of the flow rack.</li>
<li>Walk the length of the flow rack.</li>
<li>Wrap cords neatly and securely, ensuring they are tangle-free.</li>
<li>Assist with labeling, tagging, or color-coding wrapped cords as needed for easy identification.</li>
<li>Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.</li>
<li>Complete required paperwork, forms, or digital records accurately and promptly for documentation purposes.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized workstation.</li>
<li>Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.</li>
<li>All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.</li>
</ul>
