 Essential Requirements:

 Saudi national with 3&ndash;6 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or government relations.

 Language Skills: Native-level Arabic (spoken and written) &ndash; essential for liaising with government entities and drafting official documents. Business-level English proficiency &ndash; required for corporate reporting and internal/external communication.

 Overview of position
 
 
 
 The Digital Transformation Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organisation&rsquo;s strategic change &amp; transformation initiatives. The position is responsible for gathering &amp; analysing data, mapping &amp; redesigning business processes, tracking performance against key objectives &amp; preparing regular reports &amp; dashboards to inform stakeholders. By providing actionable insights &amp; clear reporting, the Digital Transformation Analyst enables evidence-based decision making &amp; transparent progress tracking. Working closely with the tech team, operational teams &amp; functional departments, the Digital Transformation Analyst ensures that changes are evidence based, measurable &amp; aligned with the organisation&rsquo;s vision.  Role objectives
 
 
 
 Drive data driven insights, process optimisation &amp; digital transformation initiatives across CTG. Act as the key liaison for tools, systems &amp; analytics to enable operational efficiency, informed decision making &amp; successful adoption of digital solutions.  Data collection, analysis &amp; insight generation:

 Gather, validate &amp; integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy &amp; completeness.

 Map &ldquo;as is&rdquo; processes &amp; co design &ldquo;to be&rdquo; processes to remove inefficiencies &amp; align with transformation objectives.

 Contribute to new digital transformation initiatives, generating ideas &amp; methods to streamline current processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the development, enhancement &amp; relaunch of digital tools &amp; applications, including SharePoint (sites, permissions, automation), CRM, pricing, reporting tools, disciplinary management &amp; purchase order systems.
 </li>

 Ensure full functionality rollout, provide user training, achieve a minimum 80% average knowledge assessment score &amp; develop necessary support materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide expertise to the support services projects &amp; lead cross functional engagement on process optimisation opportunities (e.g., digital transformation, supplier / vendor payment, procurement, etc.).

 Provide early alerts for risks, delays or underperformance.

 Education:
