Hourly Pay: $18.50/hr DOE

Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Place customer orders and coordinate loading and delivery of commodities.</li>
<li>Craft precise time schedules to meet shipping dates and ensure on-time deliveries.</li>
<li>Work alongside an amazing team to plan and schedule qualified drivers for loads.</li>
<li>Cross-training in each dispatch division
</li><li>Navigate unforeseen challenges like a pro and keep everything on track.</li>
<li>Be the key link in communication with drivers, managers, and customers fostering a seamless workflow. 
</li>
<li>Collaborate with our Maintenance Department to keep the equipment in tip-top shape. 
</li>
<li>Maintain a safe working environment by following company safety rules and regulations</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> 


Desired Qualifications &amp; Experience:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in dispatching or transportation is a bonus.</li>
<li>Minimum of one (1) year of Dispatch experience in the transportation, logistics, or trucking industry, preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience, preferred. 
</li>
<li>Area knowledge of Arizona &amp; New Mexico.</li>
<li>Self-motivated with an unstoppable drive for success.</li>
<li>A natural talent for organization and multitasking.</li>
<li>Stellar communication skills that keep everyone in the loop.</li>
<li>Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Ability to master new programs quickly.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills 
</li>
<li>Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
</li><li>Ability to communicate information in verbal and written form, as well as the ability to listen to, and understand information conveyed verbally or in writing.</li>
<li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
</li><li>Ability to divide with 10s and 100s; ability to perform mathematical functions using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. 
</li>
<li>While performing the duties of this position, an employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, see, hear, and speak.</li>
<li>While performing the duties of this position, an employee may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals or substances.</li>
<li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.</li></ul> 


Education:

<li>High School diploma or equivalent preferred.</li></ul>
