Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer / Supervisor to oversee fit-out and general maintenance works. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience supervising interior fit-out projects and building maintenance activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Fit-Out Supervision:<ul><li>Prepare project layouts, estimates and quotations to the client for Civil Maintenance and fitout projects</li><li>Coordinate and handle Civil, Interiors, End of lease projects works.</li><li>Manage &amp; control a team of workers and responsible for the productivity.</li><li>Effectively plan &amp; schedule the work to maximize the utility of resources.</li><li>Should have good network of sub contractors required for the projects.</li><li>Raise material request that is required for uninterrupted work at job site.</li><li>Allocate work to the workers and to make sure that the assigned work is achieved within the time frame.</li><li>Ensure the quality of work from the beginning and avoid rework.</li><li>Reporting about the progress of work and plan the work to come.</li><li>Coordinate with the client&rsquo;s work target, attend progress meeting and trouble shooting.</li><li>Maintain qty as per contract, inform about the qty variation to office and to client and arrange for contract amendments.</li><li>Prepare qty for billing, submit and get the bills certified form the concern personnel.</li><li>Follow and collect advance payments, progressive payments and final payments from the clients.</li><li>Enforce safety protocols and ensure use of PPE and safe practices at all times.</li><li>Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers.</li><li>Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants, landlords, or municipal authorities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a site/project supervisor in fit-out and/or facility maintenance.</li><li>Diploma or technical qualification in Civil, Mechanical or a related field.</li><li>Sound knowledge of fit-out materials, finishing techniques, and MEP services.</li><li>Strong ability to prepare technical drawings, BOQs, and method statements.</li><li>UAE driving license is must.</li><li>Experience working in Dubai is must.</li><li>Basic MS Office, Auto cad and project reporting skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your favorite type project?
