 Job Description
 
 
 
 CTO Realty Growth, Inc. seeks an Associate or Analyst &ndash;
 
 Real Estate
 
 Investments who will be responsible for supporting senior Investment team members in the underwriting / financial review of retail property acquisitions and loan investments.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Underwriting and analysis of potential acquisitions
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate due diligence including lease review, Argus audits, expense analysis, and conducting tenant interviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare presentations for Investment Committee and Board Approvals of pending acquisitions
 </li>
 <li>
 Create reporting materials for internal stakeholders including accounting and legal departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect market data and conduct benchmarking analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel to assist with property due diligence
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferably with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or Business or other related degree
 </li>
 <li>
 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate acquisitions or investment sale brokerage, preferably retail shopping centers
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, primarily Excel, and Argus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills, specifically financial analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, detail oriented, and motivated with the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline driven and entrepreneurial environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 </li>
