What You'll Be Doing<ul><li>
Answer incoming calls and assist members with questions and concerns</li><li>
Use internal systems to verify information and access account details</li><li>
Respond to chats, emails, and messages in a timely, professional way</li><li>
Help explain account features, transactions, and card-related questions</li><li>
Make outbound calls and follow up to ensure issues are resolved</li><li>
Document interactions clearly and route requests to the appropriate teams</li></ul>
What We're Looking For<ul><li>
High school diploma or currently working toward one</li><li>
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus</li><li>
Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude</li><li>
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Comfortable handling confidential information</li><li>
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge</li><li>
A team-oriented mindset</li></ul>
